Processing Time 

Orders are shipped the next business day on most instances. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your order status page. Please note that we only ship orders on Monday-Friday. 

International Taxes & Duties 

Customers are responsible for any potential duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country. FEEL & FLOW.CO does not estimate or cover customs costs on international shipments.

*Note to UK customers*
All goods purchased online outside the UK must pay VAT, and customs duty if goods value is above £135. You will have to pay VAT to the delivery company either before the goods are delivered or when you collect them. Customers are responsible for VAT and customs duty of their own purchases. See here for more details.

Undeliverable Packages 

If your package is marked as undeliverable or returned to the sender, a reshipping fee will be required. 

Incorrect Addresses 

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and are encouraged to check them prior to submitting an order. Once a package has been shipped we cannot redirect it. FEEL & FLOW.CO is not responsible for, nor able to refund or replace orders shipped to the incorrect address.

If you would like to cancel an order that has been refused or returned to us, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount as well as a 10% restocking fee.
