Refund & Exchange Policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase from FEEL & FLOW.CO but if you would like to return or exchange an item, just email info@feelandflowco.com for instructions.
Refund:-
We do not accept return of all purchased items, unless it's determined to be defective or damaged.
- For defective or damaged products, please contact us via email within 7 days of receipt of items, together with photos of the products. And we will give you further instructions via email.
- If more than the specified days have passed, then unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund.
Exchange:
- We will happily exchange for another size if we have it in stock. Please contact us via email within 7 days of receipt of items before returning. If more than the specified days have passed, then unfortunately, we are unable to offer you an exchange.

FEEL & FLOW.CO does not provide pre-paid exchange labels and you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs.

Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your exchange package may take several weeks to reach us if sending from an international location. We will only ship out a new item once we receive the original exchanged item. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your exchanged items.

You will be responsible for the shipping cost to send you back the new items.

Qualifications

Please note that we will not accept exchanges on our FREE SIZE items as full measurements are given for these.

All sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered.

No visible signs of use including deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, hygienic stains, etc.

All tags must be intact and the products returned in their original packaging.
